1. Initial Consultation

A phone call must be scheduled in order to be able to provide you with the most accurate quote for your event and make sure we are a good fit for you. After our call, we will send you a detailed proposal. 

If you choose our Ivory Package, jump to step No. 3, if you are looking for Planning and Design, read step No. 2.

*Please note, we do not do in-person initial consultations without a signed contract.

2. Initial Planning Meeting

Let's do this! We will sit down and chat about your hopes and dreams, we will gather as much information as possible to help us plan an amazing event for you! Once we have your vendor team completed, we will start designing and thinking about all of the other pretty details needed.

3. The Big Day!

We will fully coordinate and manage the event date with all of your vendors and venue starting one month before the event, our coordinators will be on-site ensuring that everything moves along without a hitch! We will make sure all of your details are set in place and ready to impress!

Day-of Coordination

You have all the planning work done and have gotten down and dirty, now sit back and relax, it's your day to enjoy. This option is perfect for the couple who have everything ready and just need an extra set of hands and eyes to make sure everything goes as they have planned it on the day-of.
